The process of creating a high-quality product begins with the choice of raw materials. Thanks to long-established chains of farmers and suppliers, we identify the best grains for each new harvest, which can become part of the Loiudice blends only after rigorous analyses. Most of the wheat used in our Molino is national durum wheat, in particular from Puglia and Basilicata; these areas have been historically suited to the cultivation of durum wheat: for decades we have been the point of reference for the work of many farmers! To satisfy the most varied qualitative requests, another part of the wheat comes from abroad: stringent controls and strict purchase specifications guarantee that all the ground wheat is in line with the regulations in force and the quality standards of our company.
